This is also to facilitate the resolution of any disputes that may arise. However, we will only use the recorded sessions for the stated purposes, and we will maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all our users in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

At the end of the six (6) month retention period, we will securely delete all recorded sessions unless retention is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. In the event of a court order, law enforcement request, or any other legal obligation, we may disclose recorded sessions to comply with the request. We may also disclose recorded sessions if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or property, respond to an emergency situation, or prevent a crime or save a life.
